  • Marcus has been part of the Pillar to Post Team since 2013 and has been a licensed home inspector since 2012.
  • Marcus is a BCIT graduate in Home Inspection ( 2011 ) and has a background in construction, mechanical systems, project management, sales & marketing and brings with him a wealth of general knowledge in building sciences.

Marcus has performed over 4,500 home inspections, and we use this experience to provide you with a thorough and accurate inspection and final report. He has inspected homes of all sizes and types, from small dwellings and apartments to huge mansions and elaborate homes that are extensive.

James Snowden

• James is a graduate of the Carson and Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program at Ashton College. James is professionally trained and certified to need meet the expectations of all our clients.
• With experience in the Hvac field, James has a strong understanding on homes and how they are built and maintained. He values precision and honesty, while staying up-to-date with the current building regulations and standards of home inspections.

Rob Fofonoff

  • Accredited Home Inspector (AHI) 104 BC/03 with the Home Inspectors Association of B.C (HIABC, previously CAPHI, BC) since 2003.
  • Rob has been part of the Pillar to Post Team since 2003 and has been a licensed/accredited home inspector from the beginning of his career.
  • Rob has performed about 8-9,000 Residential and Commercial inspections.
  • Rob has been involved in construction all of his life.  He has performed many renovations for clients and himself, performing much of the work - which gives him a wealth of "hands on" construction experience. Education includes extensive mandatory HIABC education, Commercial Inspection education, Electrical house wiring education and studying of the National Building Code. He also has an Honours Diploma from BCIT (Radio Broadcast Communications)
